Refund and Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened shapewear.
How to Initiate a Return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization number and return shipping address within 24 hours.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement or process a full refund —including return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons: opened shapewear, bodysuits, thongs, and intimate apparel cannot be returned. Custom OEM/ODM orders are non-returnable unless defective.
